Roman handles real estate transactions with transparency, communication, timeliness, and availability. As real estate is often the largest investment of one's life, Roman understands the stresses and concerns that clients have and works with them to alleviate them by advising them on the legal implications of each step in the transaction as well as the advantages and drawbacks to various decisions that clients need to make along the course of the transaction. He is there to protect his clients every step of the way and to answer any questions or concerns that they have. Although the process is difficult, his availability for his clients will make the process as smooth as possible. 

Roman Grutman received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 2009—where he was on the Dean’s List and received a CALI Award in New York Practice. He also received a B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Economics from Hunter College of the City University of New York in 2006, where he graduated magna cum laude.
