Roman Grutman, Esq. has been practicing real estate law since 2010. Roman handles residential real estate transactions - primarily condominiums, cooperatives, and single family homes. He represents both sellers and purchasers in connection with the same.

 

Prior to starting his own law firm, Roman worked at various law firms in NYC and the surrounding areas, where he specialized in residential real estate transactions. Working at these firms for 10 years has equipped him with the knowledge and skills to be able to handle matters in this niche.
